Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and W3 Applications Inc. ("we", "us") and govern your use of Invoicing 24/7, including our website (invoicing247.com), our web app (admin.invoicing247.com), our iOS and Android apps, and the business websites we host for our users at addresses like yourname.invoicing247.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.

1. Your account

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to create an account. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at legal@invoicing247.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Invoicing 24/7 offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. The features included in each plan are described in the app and may change over time.

  • Pro subscriptions bought in our iOS or Android app are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Pro subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe or PayPal.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account settings, or in the web app for subscriptions bought on the web. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google.
  • Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by them under their policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and we do not give credits for partial billing periods.
  • We may change prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we or the app store will tell you in advance as required.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and content you add to the Service, such as your business details, clients, invoices, estimates, website text and photos ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, including sending it to our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and publishing your website when you choose to publish it.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to use it. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and estimates, and for meeting your own tax, accounting and legal obligations. Invoicing 24/7 is a tool to help you run your business; it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Please keep your own copies of important records. You can save or share your invoices and estimates as PDF files at any time.

4. Business websites

The Service lets you create a business website that we host at an address under invoicing247.com.

  • Building and publishing. You can build and preview a website on any plan. Publishing it online requires an active Pro subscription. If your Pro subscription ends, your website stays online for 7 days and is then taken offline until you subscribe again. We keep its content until you delete it or your account.
  • Your address. You choose your website's name, subject to availability. We may refuse or reclaim a name that is reserved, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights, such as a trademark. Your website address is provided as part of the Service and does not give you ownership of any domain. If you change your address, the old one may redirect to the new one for a limited time and may then become available to others.
  • Your responsibilities. You are responsible for everything on your website. It must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to use every photo, logo and piece of text on it. Reviews must be genuine reviews from real clients. Stock photos chosen through the app are provided by Pixabay and may be used under the Pixabay Content License.
  • Requests from visitors. When visitors send you a request through your website, you are responsible for handling their information lawfully, including under privacy and anti-spam laws, and only using it to respond to them and do business with them.
  • Removal. We may remove content or take a website offline, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, if we receive a valid complaint about it, or if it puts the Service or other people at risk.

5. AI-written content

The Service can use artificial intelligence to write or rewrite text for your website. AI-written text can be inaccurate, incomplete or not right for your business. Review it carefully and edit it before you publish. You are responsible for any AI-written text you choose to publish, as with the rest of Your Content.

6. Payments from your clients

The Service can show your PayPal.me link and a PayPal QR code on your invoices so your clients can pay you. Payments from your clients are made directly to you through PayPal under PayPal's terms. We do not process, hold or guarantee these payments and are not a party to any transaction or dispute between you and your clients.

7. Emails sent for you

When you email an invoice or estimate, or turn on payment reminders, we send those emails on your behalf to the addresses you enter. You must have the right to email the people you send them to, and you must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, including fake invoices, phishing or scams;
  • publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with them;
  • upload viruses or malicious code, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the Service;
  • copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or access it with automated tools except through features we provide for that purpose; or
  • help anyone else do any of these things.

9. Third-party services

The Service works with services run by other companies, such as Apple, Google, PayPal, Stripe and Pixabay. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

If you downloaded our app from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, for providing maintenance or support, or for handling any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to the app.

10. Changes to the Service

We are always improving Invoicing 24/7, so we may add, change or remove features. We will try to give you reasonable notice before removing a major paid feature. The Service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or outages.

11. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or close your account, or take your website offline, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the Service or other people at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections 3, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 17 continue to apply after these Terms end.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that your website will appear in search results or bring you new business.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, W3 Applications Inc. and its directors, employees, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

If you use the Service for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify W3 Applications Inc. against any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your website, your dealings with your clients or website visitors, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where the consumer protection laws of the place you live give you the right to bring a claim there.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
